Bed was clean and very comfortable. Carpet dirty and definitely not vacuumed in a while....we vacuumed ourselves at midnight after check in. Dead roach and bad reviews had us at superwalmart across the st at 1 am buying mothballs in an attempt to keep the roaches away. All in all doable..since we were exhausted after hurricane Irma traffic. Staff friendly and bed and pillows were good.
I think the rooms are out dated for the prices charged. 94.00 a night on a Thursday. The staff was friendly but if you want to charge almost 100.00 a night for a room they need to make sure that room is top knotch and everything works and all amenities are in the room. Way to many issues to name. Just because you are in a small town doesn't mean you shouldn't have an upscale hotel like a big city or like ones off of major interstates. You will have more people return. Next time I visit my daughter we will be staying somewhere else. Lets us know when you upgrade and we will return for another try.
I love the king size bed, spacious rooms and really hot water.

The front Desk clerks are very proffesional helpful and seem very sincere. (Especially Randy) They go above and beyond to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. Although the coffee for breakfast is below sub par and the choices for the continental breakfast leave a bit to be desired I would stay here again. The rooms are what you would expect for the price you pay.
