The customer service was the worst I ever saw. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes with a receipt the guy which he refuse to give me his name was very unprofessional and rude. I told him that I would like to just get my money back because of his smart mouth he told me that I had a smart mouth also. I asked what was corporate number he told me its on the receipt I can get it off that so I looked at the manager and said so he don't have to give me his name she just looked scared and gave me her name I couldn't believe what was going on. I have worked in customer service for 9 years and have never seen someone so ignorant. I let the manager know that I will be calling corporate and will not be coming back to shop ill go to belks for now on
Only reason I gave 1 star was because store was clean. The additude at that store from the manager was nasty. Want go back again.
