Notified owners that I found a leak in my storage unit ceiling on Friday August 12th. On the morning of the 13th one of the owners called me back. I was informed that I had signed a contract that included a clause releasing them from any liability. I asked if they would go in and tarp my belongings or help me move things from the wet area. The woman repeated that they had no liability and would provide no assistance. She stated that her partner would return on Monday and the problem would be addressed then. If you use this facility be sure you insure the contents. If water damage would ruin irreplaceable items it may be wise to protect them as a precaution.
